• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated systems to scrape or access data from the App.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Ownership: All content, features, functionality, logos, trademarks, and source code on the App are the exclusive property of Mains Marker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

No Competing Works: You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, reproduce, recreate, or develop a product, application, or service that copies or competes with the App or its underlying works, nor will you assist, enable, or facilitate any third party in creating a copy of or a competing product to the App or its works.

4. User-Generated Content

Your Responsibility: You retain ownership of any content (text, images, videos) you upload or post to the App ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

License to Us: By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content to operate and improve the App.

Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, violent, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
